According to the Guardian , at the end of last year there were 160 people in Essex having net assets worth at least 30 million dollars.
Only five counties in the UK have more of these extremely rich people – Greater London, Greater Manchester, Surrey, Hertforshire and Leicestershire.
London has over 4000 of them….
