Its a fair point. It would be interesting to know how much was actually received in car park charges last Saturday when there shouldn’t have been any receipts !
Anyway we have asked if the District Council can improve the signage in any way before the weekend, and are expecting a phone call back tomorrow.

Yes, I paid on the first Saturday or free parking. Guess I’m so used to the authorities having their hand in my pocket it’s now a reflex to just pay up and try to avoid a fine.
