No Roulette For Rochford…

When the council is considering specific licensing applications for gambling , it isn’t allowed to take moral objections into account.
BUT it can decide, every three years, that it simply doesn’t want to allow casinos in the district! And that puts a total block on any applications.
The next three period is coming up. It’s very likely that the council will continue with a policy of not issuing casino licenses. The decision will be made at next full council on Tuesday.
