The “Local List”
One good thing approved at Tuesday’s Full District Council was the reintroduction of a new “local list”.
These are buildings or items of street furniture not considered valuable enough to get national “Listed” status but will be shown on a new local list. This will give them some protection from being demolished or diminished. There are over100 items.
You can download the list here (8 Mb)

Moons Cottage in Ashingdon (early 18th century)
