Congratulations to Mark Francois.

Been up for 23 hours, time to sleep, then get up for the counting of the council election votes at 12:30 pm, to see how people like Ron Oatham and Toby Mountain have fared…

  • I make that as MF getting 55% support from our area , let us hope he stays with his promise to oppose mass building without pre-installed infrastructure……..????

  • Thank goodness this country does not face 4 years of a loony lefty spend spend Labour government, and the icing on the cake, a kick in the (Ed) balls…..

  • I understand your point Oz ( the Happiest ) but don’t be fooled , the previous/next government has borrowed ( and therefore spent ) to such an extent that the National Debt has doubled over the term. Who is gonna pay for that credit card ? ( you and I ).

  • Expected result really. Would have liked the green party candidate to have saved her deposit as I felt she made a really good effort at the meetings despite being inexperienced and nervous.

  • Must show my appreciation of the local Conservatives for supplying me with so much blue and white toilet paper over the last few weeks 🙂
