Have Your Say On The Council Car Parks
The Review Committee at Rochford District is chaired by Lib Dem June Lumley - although all the other members are Conservatives. It carries out in-depth overviews of particular issues, and at the moment one of them is the council’s car parks.
They have a questionnaire on the council’s website here
It’s quick and easy to fill in - please have a look and complete it.
And if you have any suggstions for improving the car parks - such as parent and child bays, free parking after 6 pm, machines that give change, ‘pay-on-exit’ machines or a cheap 30 or 40 minute time-band, you can write them in at the ned of the questionnaire.

Tried the link, it didn’t work!!
Just wanted to remind anyone who doesn’t have a long memory about the Pledge (his words) made by Peter Webster when the Tories took control of the District Council.
“The first thing we will do is to introduce pay on exit car parking in Websters Way”
Well,we’re still waiting. So just remember when they come knocking on your door at the next election Tory promises aren’t real!!
