The Clearsprings Connection

There was a story on the BBC news today about a fatal stabbing at a bail hostel. The crux of the matter is that this hostel and 200 others around the UK are run under a government contract by a company called Clearsprings, and there’s been plenty of criticism about how they operate.

Oddly enough Clearsprings is a company with its headquarters on the Brook Road Industrial Estate in Rayleigh. Though we don’t know of any bail hostels that they run locally…..
