Re 11/00242/NMA, The inclusion of a flue and smoke extract to a retail unit seems to indicate that this will be a food outlet of some description. I hope this is investigated by the planning committee.

The previous planning permission allowed for one of the three retail units to be a food outlet; you are right, the flue and smoke extraction are probably connected with that.
Now, the council are treating this application as a minor one – it’s delegated to officers, it won’t be decided by councillors. But we will still be looking at the plans and discussing this with the planning officers, so let us know if you have any concerns.

I wonder if the residents will be happy with this when using the roof garden?
